CHECK-IN time is 20 minutes prior to a scheduled departure.
* Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will not
be charged. No-shows or cancellations made less than 48
hours in advance will be charged full rate.
*All reservations must be guaranteed with a Visa, Discover, MasterCard, or American Express. Minimum $500 authorization per watercraft.
*In order to operate a watercraft, customers must have a valid driver's license with their picture on it and be at least 18 years old.
*No pets are allowed on the watercrafts.
*Each customer must read and sign a liability waiver and damage agreement, referred to as the INDEMNITY, WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT and Watercraft Rental Agreement for Watercraft Activities. NO EXCEPTIONS!
*All customers are responsible for damages to the equipment they rent. Also, customers will be responsible for any cost incurred in the retrieval of watercrafts which lost on the lake for "non-mechanical" reasons (i.e. customer who become involved in accidents rendering their watercraft inoperable or renters who run out of gas).
*All customers should be familiar with the "Texas Boating Rules".
