* Reservations strongly recommended. Walk-ins welcome.
CHECK-IN time is 30 minutes prior to a scheduled departure. There are no refunds for early returns or late arrivals. Bring a valid driver's license and credit card upon arrival for check in, even if paying in cash.
* Refund will be given in the event of rain at our location at your scheduled time of departure. In the event of lake closure by government authority a full refund will be given.
* Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will not
be charged. No-shows or cancellations made less than 48
hours in advance will be charged full rate.
*All reservations must be held with a Visa, Discover, MasterCard, or American Express.
*All security deposits must be guaranteed with a Visa, Discover, MasterCard, or American Express.
*Must be 21 years of age to rent from North Shore Boat Rentals. Must be 18 years of age to operate boats.
*No pets are allowed on water crafts. No glass containers allowed on water crafts.
*Each customer must read and sign a liability waiver and damage agreement, referred to as the INDEMNITY, WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT and Watercraft Rental Agreement for Watercraft Activities.
*All customers are responsible for damages to the equipment they rent. Also, customers will be responsible for any cost incurred in the retrieval of watercrafts which lost on the lake for "non-mechanical" reasons (i.e. customer who become involved in accidents rendering their watercraft inoperable or renters who run out of gas).
*All customers should be familiar with the "Texas Boating Rules" and LCRA Water Recreation and Safety.
*Privacy Policy:
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the
safety of your personal information. We do not sell, trade
or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally
identifiable information. We may release your personal
information when we believe release is appropriate to comply
with the law.
